The waste oil to diesel fuel refinery equipment/machine is applied to recycle the waste liquid oil (such as crude oil, used engine oil, waste tyre or plastic oil from pyrolysis plant) into diesel, gasoline or base oil(from used engine oil). It mainly includes oil distillation kettle, rectifying tower, oil-gas cyclone sedimentation tank, condensation system, oil storage tanks, vacuum system, heating system, emission controlling system, feedstock pretreatment system.

Main parts introduction of the system
1. Heating system
It includes the fuel tank, heater, heating furnace. The advantages are high heating-efficiency, little heat loss, high heating-speed. The oil heater can be controlled the input heat that make sure the whole system stability during running.
2. Distillation system
The system is including distillation kettle, rectifying tower, cyclone sedimentation tank, condenser, oil storage tanks. In the system, the distillation kettle can not heat, but the heating furnace. The feedstock is heated circulated in the heating furnace and reaches the distillation cuts temp. Because of the special inside structure designing of the rectifying tower, it can increase the oil quality; the cyclone sedimentation tank reduces the most ash of the oil; the condenser is tube type and easy to open for cleaning daily.
3. Vacuum system
The vacuum buffering tank and vacuum pump are included in the system. It is negative pressure distillation, which can reduce the distillation cuts temp, not only saving the energy but also more important is greatly increasing the single unit output and oil quality.
4. Waste gas recycling system
There are water seal and back fire device in the system. It not only recycles to use the non-condensable gas for heating, but also solves the environment pollution and save fuel in some ways.
5. Emission controlling system
It is including water tank, emission controller, and the induced draft fan. The emission can meet the international environment requirement after this system.
6. Intelligent electricity controlling system
The system is including the display cabinet and collector of parameters on site. The temp, pressure, liquid level can be showed on the cabinet, it is also high temp, high pressure and low or high level showing functions, which reduces the risk and waste because of the human factor.
Safety is the most important factor in the whole process. We had successfully researched some safety devices which ensure the machine can work safely.
Safety valves, alarming device and the pressure gauge etc.
We also have oil-water separator which can stop the oil gas recycle to the reactor, which could avoid the accident.
High degree of automation:feed the waste oil, crude oil automatically ,to pump oil automatically.
